This Pinot Noir Précoce showcases the unique terroir of the warm, steep slopes and nutrient-rich red soils of a partner vineyard in Herefordshire, offering an inviting medley of ripe red berries, cherry, plum and subtle hints of spice. Matured for seven months in a combination of English and French oak, it has a refined depth, with silky tannins and layered complexity that make it a perfect companion to all of Mucca's (our) meat products, as well as Harty Hogs. Its vibrant elegance ensures it is equally enjoyable savoured on its own.
