The 2025 Bacchus from Williams Wines
A family winery in Cambridgeshire, they take pride in overseeing every detail, from grape to glass. They carefully select grapes from the finest English vineyards, working closely with five partner vineyards across diverse sites throughout the UK. The unique influence of these varied locations brings distinct flavour profiles to the fruit, enabling us to craft complex, multi-award-winning wines.
The 2025 Bacchus features grapes from family-run vineyards in Kent and Herefordshire. Bursting with aromas of elderflower and citrus, it transitions gracefully to a vibrant palate of crisp apple, complemented by a delicate hint of nettle and lychee. This refreshing wine, with its subtle floral notes, is an ideal companion to our summer lines like the lamb saddle, Thai Treacle Salmon and Bone Marrow, yet is equally delightful on its own (it's now Beth's go to white wine for a lovely sunny day in the garden).
