The Porchetta is butchered in house, seasoned and hand rolled by our chef Will with a seasoning blend of toasted peppercorns, fennel seeds, herbs, spices and aleppo chilli to cut through the fattyness of the fresh pork belly with its earthy heat.
The salsa verde is made fresh for every order with hints of mint & basil, extra virgin olive oil, lilliput capers and Aleppo pepper.
