Our Mucca Goose Fat Potato Fondants have been slowly cooked for six hours in 100% Goose Fat infused with Garlic, Rosemary and Thyme from the Mucca garden ready to be pan fried and finished in your oven for the perfect accompaniment to you Mucca Beef Wellington.  Available to purchase in portions for 2, 6 and 12. Each portion is an individual Potato Fondant.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

- Remove the Potato Fondants from the fridge 1 hour before cooking.

- Pre-heat the oven to 180c

- Heat an oven proof frying pan on a medium-high heat, once the pan is hot empty the potatoes and goose fat into the pan.

- Once the potatoes start to fry, place the whole pan into the oven for 20 minutes, turning the poatotes after 10 minutes and continue cooking until golden brown.

    All parcels are sent for next day delivery. Occasionally your parcel may be held up by the couriers. The packaging we use has been tested to ensure food remains safe for 48hrs and will therefore remain safe to eat if delivered on Saturday.
