We guarantee the very best quality for every item we sell, if you feel that these goods are below the standard you would expect you must contact us. You can do this in writing via the Contact Us section of the website or by email at hello@mucca.co.uk.

 

All complaints will be reviewed and we endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours.

Returns and refunds policy.

 

We are unable to accept returns, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we may offer to send you a voucher to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations, we aim to offer this within 3 working days of a complaint being received.

 

On occasion, we may offer a full or partial refund. We may also request the return of the goods for inspection. Cost of returns will not be paid unless previously agreed.

1. When purchasing a MUCCA Gift Card:

   1. All Gift Cards are electronic and will be sent to the purchaser via email. Details can then be emailed to the intended recipient. 

   2. Gift Cards can be purchased up to a maximum value of £250

   3. It is not possible to use a Discount Code to reduce the purchase price of a Gift Card.

   4. It is not possible to use a Gift Card to pay for the purchase of another Gift Card.

   5. It is not possible to 'top up' an existing Gift Card.

   6. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to request a refund for a Gift Card. 

   7. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 

2. When redeeming a MUCCA Gift Card:

   1. Where the full Gift Card value is not redeemed when placing an order, then the unspent balance will remain assigned to the Gift Card to be used in the future.  

   2. It is possible to apply a Discount Code to an order and pay the balance using a Gift Card. 

3. Order cancellations and refunds when a MUCCA Gift Card has been used as payment, or part-payment: 

   1. If you request that a pending order is cancelled a minimum of 5 days from the requested delivery we will reschedule your order to the next available date. 

   2. When an order is refunded the relevant amount will be issued as a new Gift Card, unless the amount is equal to or less than the amount originally paid via a separate payment method, then in this case you may request to receive any refund due to that payment method. 

4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a MUCCA Shop Gift Card which we suspect to be affected by fraud.

5. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
