Brand new for BBQ season is our epic Tomahawk steak which has been brined with thyme, peppercorns, rosemary and bay leaves for 24 hours, then sous vide. Choose to serve with either a classic café de Paris butter or sweet and creamy pink peppercorn, caramelised white chocolate and XO brandy butter.

We'd say it's perfect for 2 to enjoy but you might be able to squeeze an extra portion if you prefer a lighter portion size.

Delivered with cooking instructions and ready in 15 minutes.
