A rich and dark Jus, made using traditional techniques taking many hours.  Carefully proportioned ingredients added with great care, allow us to create a lavishly lasting after taste that is sticky on the lips. Patience is needed to create a product with this much depth of flavour and aroma. We pass our Mucca Jus through double muslin twice using the very techniques used in the best restaurant kitchens Unlike shop bought gravy that requires you to reduce by half or more. Our Jus is delivered fully reduced so you can simply warm through and serve.Minimum weights apply. 40ml per person. Serves 2 = 80ml. Serves 6 = 240ml.
